RevOps Engineer (Remote - Americas)

As a RevOps Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation and scalability of go-to-market systems. You will own critical workflows, integrations, and data processes that empower Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to operate efficiently and make data-driven decisions. This role offers hands-on experience with advanced SaaS platforms, automation tools, and AI-powered workflows, allowing you to design scalable processes that grow with the business. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, implement best practices for GTM operations, and ensure data integrity across multiple platforms. The position provides autonomy, flexibility, and the opportunity to significantly impact business performance while working in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Your work will directly influence forecasting, reporting, and GTM efficiency, making this role central to business success.

Accountabilities :

• Manage and optimize HubSpot end-to-end, including workflows, property structures, permissions, reporting, and integrations.
• Deliver dashboards, automations, and tools that enhance the effectiveness of Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
• Standardize and document GTM workflows to ensure consistent, scalable, and adaptable processes.
• Oversee forecasting, reporting, and commission processes to maintain accurate and actionable GTM metrics.
• Maintain integrations across the GTM tech stack, ensuring systems such as HubSpot, n8n, Clay, Slack, and internal tools work seamlessly.
• Provide responsive operational support to GTM stakeholders, balancing immediate needs with long-term scalable solutions.
