We’re looking for a  Community Manager  with deep expertise in  LinkedIn community building  to lead and expand our global community of job seekers. You’ll be responsible for creating engaging content, managing large-scale online conversations, and building authentic connections with talent worldwide.

Your mission

• Build and manage vibrant communities on  LinkedIn  (primary focus), with presence across Reddit, X, and Instagram.
• Create and execute editorial calendars : posts, newsletters, discussions, and replies.
• Moderate and activate communities of  1M+ members , fostering meaningful engagement and interaction.
• Nurture external communities where remote talent gathers and position Jobgether as a thought leader.
• Track community performance (engagement, growth, activation) and report insights.
• Work closely with the founding team to align community strategy with company vision.
