Online school "Abakus" is an innovative e-learning company that specializes in providing personalized tutoring and educational resources to students. We are currently seeking a Sales manager to join our remote team. As a remote position, you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere in the world while promoting active sales.

In this role, you will be responsible for :

  • calling clients and messaging;
  • working with WhatsApp messages;
  • working with objections;
  • sell Abakus course packages;
  • making sales plan monthly;
  • working in CRM and updating tasks;
  • agree the time for trial lessons with tutors;
  • filling up google sheets on received leads everyday.

Requirements

Experience skills :

  • Have basic knowledge or experience in the field of education and online / offline school, in particular mental arithmetic;
  • Ability to communicate with people : literacy, politeness, ability to listen, present and argue - everything that is necessary in sales;
  • Mandatory experience in sales from 1 year, priority in online / offline school;
  • Ability to negotiate by phone, video communication;
  • Successful experience in telephone / video sales from 6 months;
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and stages, methods for handling objections, and most importantly, the ability to apply them;
  • Ability to work with refusals, deal with objections.

  • Persistence and desire to fullfill the metrics / sales plan;
  • Ability and desire to find a way out of any situation;
  • Unscripted, with flexible thinking;
  • Ability to explain complex things in simple language;
  • Willingness to cooperate with the team;
  • Ability to listen and carry out the tasks of your manager;
  • Readiness for "cold students";
  • Willingness to work with a large amount of information, with a large number of tasks;
  • Multifunctionality;
  • Customer focus;
  • Ability to see cause-and-effect relationships, analyze your activities and results;
  • Ability to work on mistakes;
  • Learning ability.
