Join a fast-growing international team where your expertise in paid social advertising will help generate high-quality leads for clients across North America. This fully remote freelance role gives you the autonomy to manage high-budget campaigns, analyze data-driven performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. You’ll be responsible for running Meta and other social platform ads, optimizing performance across multiple accounts, and helping build successful acquisition funnels. If you're analytical, creative, and performance-focused, this role offers both challenge and impact.

Accountabilities :

• Manage large-scale paid social campaigns (over $100K / month) with a strong focus on Meta across multiple verticals and clients.
• Monitor campaign performance across a portfolio of 20–25 accounts, focusing on revenue, margin, and lead quality.
• Use data insights to continuously improve lead generation strategies and overall campaign performance.
• Test and iterate new advertising approaches to discover the most effective acquisition tactics.
• Collaborate with Sales and Operations teams to build and optimize acquisition funnels.
