Requirements

• Fluent in both Spanish and English
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Experience in a call center or dispatching environment is an advantage
• Ability to handle emergency or high-pressure situations calmly and efficiently
• Excellent listening and problem-solving abilities
• Basic knowledge of towing, roadside assistance, or transportation services is preferred
• Proficient in using computers, CRM systems, and online communication tools
• Must be organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
• Capable of multi-tasking and managing multiple calls or service requests at once
• Willingness to work flexible schedules , including weekends or holidays if required
• A professional and empathetic attitude toward customers at all times
• Stable internet connection and a quiet work environment
