We’re looking for a  Social Media Manager  to lead our global online presence and grow a thriving community of remote job seekers. You’ll own the strategy and execution across LinkedIn (main focus), X, Reddit, and Discord—creating powerful stories, building engagement, and turning followers into advocates.

Your Mission

• Grow and manage our global social presence  — especially on LinkedIn — by driving daily engagement, discussions, and authentic connections.
• Design and execute editorial calendars  including posts, newsletters, and community initiatives.
• Activate and moderate large-scale online communities  (1M+ members), nurturing meaningful conversations and connections.
• Collaborate with external communities  to position Jobgether as a trusted voice in the remote work ecosystem.
• Analyze and report  on engagement, growth, and community sentiment to guide continuous improvement
• Work hand-in-hand with the founders  to align social and community strategy with brand goals.
