We are National Search Group, Inc., a Miami, Florida-based company with over 30 years of experience in the recruitment industry. We are expanding our remote teams in the Philippines and are seeking an experienced Senior Team Manager to lead and oversee our talent acquisition operations.

Summary :
The Senior Team Manager will lead and manage our talent acquisition teams, which include Managers, Team Leaders, and Specialists. This role is crucial in guiding the team toward achieving recruitment targets while upholding the company's high standards. The Team Manager will be responsible for implementing performance management strategies to ensure individual and team success. You will be pivotal in fostering leadership, driving strategic hiring initiatives, and managing all aspects of the recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to onboarding.
This role requires the ability to create a motivating environment, inspire the team to excel, and develop strategies for continuous improvement in recruitment performance. The Team Manager should represent the National Search Group's values, build strong relationships with hiring managers, and ensure the recruitment process delivers quality hires and a positive candidate experience.
Experience & Education :
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment management, with a proven track record of leadership.
- Strong understanding of performance management and its impact on team success.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and leveraging technology to optimize recruitment processes.
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices and legal requirements.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
- Goal-oriented, detail-focused, and driven to meet and exceed targets.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Lead and develop the talent acquisition team, providing direction and support to achieve team and company goals.Implement performance management strategies to monitor, evaluate, and improve team members' performance.Collaborate with VP-level leadership to refine job descriptions, requisition processes, and compensation strategies.Drive effective sourcing strategies to build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates.Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including screening, interviewing, and recommending candidates for final selection.Ensure continuous development of the team through training, mentoring, and performance feedback.Regularly assess and optimize recruitment efforts, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.Foster a culture of excellence and accountability within the recruitment team.Required Hours & Equipment :
Must be available during USA business hours (Eastern Standard Time).Work hours : Monday-Thursday 9am-6pm & Fridays 9am-1pm EST.Must have fast internet with power backup, noise-canceling headset, and a noise-free environment.Job Types : Full-time, Permanent
