Account Coordinator

We’re looking for an Account Coordinator to join our team.

You’ll support the day-to-day operations of client accounts, ensuring deliverables are on track, timelines are clear, and communication flows smoothly.

This role is ideal for someone organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in client-facing roles who thrives in dynamic agency environments.

Key Details Contract Type : Undefined Work Schedule : Full-time (40 hours per week) Location : Open to candidates based in Venezuela Language Requirement : Advanced English proficiency (C1–C2) Modality : Hybrid Responsibilities Client Communication Support : Support client communication by preparing meeting notes, documenting action items, and ensuring timely follow-ups.

Project Coordination : Track project deliverables, timelines, and updates using Click-Up, ensuring deadlines and expectations are met.

Cross-Team Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams to align on priorities, clarify needs, and move tasks forward.

Task Management : Monitor and organize project tasks, flagging blockers and supporting the team in staying on track.

Reporting Assistance : Help prepare regular updates for clients, including performance reports, status summaries, and budget tracking.

Minimum Requirements 3–4 years of experience in digital marketing or client services.

Proficiency in English at C1 level.

Proven experience working with U.S.-based clients.

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Previous experience using project management tools.

Desired Skills Experience using Click-Up.

Background working with B2B clients or in the tech services industry.

Background in digital marketing agencies or client-facing project roles.

Comfort working in a remote or hybrid environment.

Experience with international clients or fast-paced teams.
