As the frontline of the brand, you’ll be responsible for ensuring a positive customer experience across all touchpoints, resolving issues quickly, maintaining the brand tone, and helping build a loyal customer base.

• Key Responsibilities :
• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and potentially social media platforms .
• Resolve issues related to orders, shipping, subscriptions , and general product support.
• Communicate with a warm, helpful tone that reflects the brand’s voice.
• Track and report recurring issues to improve internal systems and customer experience.
• Assist in building and maintaining customer service SOPs and support systems.
