We’re currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Service  Representative  to  support a dynamic team.

What You’ll Do :

In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring smooth operations and outstanding client experiences by :

✅ Sending friendly reminders to clients about upcoming appointments or promotions.

✅ Scheduling and managing appointments efficiently.

✅ Keeping the internal CRM system up-to-date with accurate client and appointment information.

✅ Recommending and selling products to clients, with opportunities to earn sales bonuses.

✅ Assisting with various administrative tasks to keep the business running seamlessly.

✅ Posting engaging content on social media to connect with the audience and showcase services.

What We’re Looking For :

Must-Have :

• ️ Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• ️ A customer-focused mindset and ability to build relationships.
• ️ Tech-savviness and familiarity with CRM systems (or willingness to learn).
• ️ C1 level of English or higher (required).
• ️ Availability to work Wednesdays   to Sunday (Monday and Tuesday off).

Nice-to-Have :

➕ Experience in the beauty salon or spa industry .

➕ Creativity and experience with social media management .
