The Video Editor will play a key role in supporting the Marketing Department by creating engaging, high-quality video content that enhances Freelance LATAM’s brand presence and storytelling across digital platforms. This role aims to transform creative concepts into compelling visual narratives, aligning with the company’s mission to connect top bilingual talent with international clients through impactful and professional communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit short-term and long-term video projects for marketing campaigns, internal communications, and client-facing materials.
- Utilize CapCut , Adobe Premiere Pro , and other editing tools to deliver polished, high-quality videos.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Creative teams to conceptualize, storyboard, and execute visually appealing content.
- Film and capture audiovisual content for onboardings and company activities , as the role involves more than just editing; candidates should preferably know how to record video and take photos .
- Ensure that videos reflect the company’s tone, brand guidelines, and strategic objectives.
- Adapt video formats for multiple platforms, including LinkedIn , YouTube , Instagram , and other social media channels.
- Incorporate music, voiceovers, subtitles, and motion graphics as needed to enhance viewer engagement.
- Manage and organize video assets to maintain an efficient and accessible media library.
- Support in content brainstorming sessions and bring creative ideas to the table for storytelling, editing styles, and visual aesthetics.

1+ years of professional experience in video editing, content creation, or a related role, preferably for a brand or marketing department.Expert proficiency in video editing software, specifically Adobe Premiere Pro and CapCut . Familiarity with the Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., After Effects, Photoshop, Audition) is a strong plus.Proven ability to conceptualize, storyboard, and execute engaging video content for various digital platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram Reels / Stories ).Demonstrable expertise in incorporating and syncing music, voiceovers, subtitles, and basic motion graphics to enhance narrative and viewer engagement.Strong understanding of video production fundamentals , including framing, lighting, and audio recording , with the ability to operate video and photography equipment to capture high-quality content for company activities and onboarding.Solid knowledge of brand guidelines and visual consistency in video production.Schedule : Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM EST
