About This Role: We are hiring a Visual Designer & Content Creator for a growing home and lifestyle brand. You will create designs and content that improve interactions, clicks, and email open rates while managing the social media calendar, email flow designs, and influencer program. This role is ideal for a creative and organized designer who follows up consistently and uses competitor and trend research to improve their work. Key Responsibilities: Design static ads, social posts, short-form videos, Stories, Reels, email graphics, and other campaign assets. Create new designs focused on increasing interactions, clicks, open rates, and overall campaign engagement. Complete and improve the visual design of new and existing Klaviyo email flows. Build, organize, publish, and maintain the social media content calendar. Schedule and arrange posts across Instagram, TikTok, and other assigned social platforms. Research competitors, social trends, visual styles, hooks, formats, and offers, then apply relevant insights to new creative concepts. Manage the influencer program through sourcing, outreach, briefing, follow-ups, feedback, and content collection. Repurpose product imagery, user-generated content, influencer assets, and existing brand materials across social, email, paid ads, web, and print. Write or support hooks, captions, headlines, email copy, on-screen text, and calls to action. Organize creative files, manage revisions, and independently follow projects from concept through publishing and improvement. Software/Platforms/Tools: Klaviyo Canva Figma Adobe Photoshop Adobe Creative Suite and video-editing tools Shopify Instagram, TikTok, and Meta Ads Library Google Workspace and project management tools AI tools for research, ideation, editing, copywriting, and workflow improvement Qualifications: At least 3 years of experience in visual design, graphic design, content creation, social media, email design, or a similar role. Strong portfolio featuring social media content, paid ads, email creative, short-form video, and branded assets. Experience supporting an eCommerce, DTC, retail, furniture, home décor, lifestyle, or other physical-product brand. Strong hands-on proficiency in Klaviyo, Canva, Figma, and Adobe Photoshop. Experience designing email campaigns and automated email flows for engagement and conversion. Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok formats, hooks, trends, pacing, and platform best practices. Experience planning and publishing social media calendars and coordinating content schedules. Experience managing influencers, creator relationships, outreach, or user-generated content. Able to analyze competitors, trends, and campaign results to recommend practical creative improvements. Creative, detail-oriented, persistent with follow-ups, and comfortable managing multiple projects independently. Shift Schedule : Monday to Friday, with required overlap during US business hours for meetings, creative reviews, influencer coordination, content planning, and project updates. Exact working hours and the required amount of overlap will be agreed upon directly between the contractor and the client.
