Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented International Trade & Events Consultant (Junior) to support trade promotion initiatives and client activities for one of our international clients. This role combines event coordination, relationship management, and operational support, making it an excellent opportunity for professionals interested in developing a career in international trade and global business environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of international trade events and promotional activities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with buyers, industry partners, and other stakeholders.
• Conduct outreach and follow-up through phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
• Prepare post-activity reports, meeting summaries, and project documentation.
• Coordinate internal processes and support the operational execution of consulting projects.
• Collaborate with international teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Assist with trade promotion initiatives and business development activities.
• Coordinate meetings and maintain accurate records of communications and project progress.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or final-year studies in International Business, Marketing, International Relations, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields.
• 0–2 years of professional experience in administration, event coordination, customer relations, commercial support, or related areas.
• Portuguese proficiency is required (spoken and written).
• Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Experience with international projects or trade promotion activities is a plus.

This is a junior-level position designed for candidates who are looking to gain professional experience and grow within an international business environment. It is not a senior commercial or sales role.
