Key Responsibilities :
Assist in posting job openings on various job boards and company platformsScreen resumes and schedule interviews with candidatesHelp organize and update employee records, both digital and physicalSupport the onboarding process for new hires (e.g., orientation setup, document collection)Assist in planning and executing HR events and engagement activitiesParticipate in HR meetings and take minutesPrepare HR-related reports as requestedSupport general administrative tasks and special projects as neededThe Profile
Strong organizational and time-management skills.Good communication and interpersonal abilities.Familiarity with Excel, Word, and HR-related tools (e.g., LinkedIn, Google Forms, etc.).Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.Eager to learn about HR functions and contribute to process improvement.Able to work independently in a remote environment.The Employer
