The Role
You will be responsible for :
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients outside of their daily editing needs. Addressing their concerns and requests via call and email.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive long-term satisfaction and retention.
- Address and resolve any client issues, escalations, or conflicts in collaboration with the appropriate teams, ensuring a positive outcome.
- Regularly review client usage and provide insights on how to maximize their subscription value. Offer guidance on additional services or upgrades when applicable.
- You'll occasionally handle inbound calls from potential clients.
- Collect and analyze client feedback to identify areas for service improvement and relay insights to internal teams.
- Monitor and report on client success metrics, ensuring clients meet their goals with the services provided.
- Implement strategies to reduce churn and increase client loyalty.
- Work closely with the sales, editing, and operations teams to ensure client needs are met and that workflows are streamlined.
Ideal Profile
You have at least 3 years experience within a Client Success or related role.You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.You are a strong networker & relationship builderYou are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environmentsYou pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standardExcellent English Communication with a Neutral / American accentAbility to resolve issues and ensure client satisfaction.Background in video editing using Adobe appsComfortable with US working hoursWhat's on Offer?
