GLOBAL PACIFIC SUPPORT is looking for an HR Recruitment Associate who supports the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and recommending qualified candidates for open positions. This role plays a critical part in ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process while upholding company values and compliance standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements
- Post job openings on various platforms (job boards, social media, internal systems)
- Source and screen resumes to identify qualified candidates
- Conduct initial phone screenings and schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and track candidate progress
- Maintain applicant tracking systems and ensure data accuracy
- Communicate with candidates professionally throughout the recruitment process
- Assist with pre-employment checks, job offers, and onboarding documentation
- Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent
- Generate and submit regular recruitment reports and metrics
- Sending out important emails within the company
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fieldAt least 2-3 year of experience in recruitment or HR-related role (entry-level roles may accept fresh graduates with internship experience)Familiarity with recruitment tools, job boards, and applicant tracking systemsStrong organizational and communication skillsAbility to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentDiscretion in handling confidential information
