About the Role
We are hiring multiple Business Development Representatives to drive client acquisition and revenue growth.
- Recruitment or staffing experience is a plus, but not required. If you have a strong sales, business development, or account management background, you can quickly excel in this role.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to engage new clients and drive business growthIdentify and qualify potential clients based on their hiring needs and challengesConduct outbound sales outreach via cold emails, calls, and LinkedInMaintain detailed and accurate records in our CRM, leaving notes, updates, and follow-upsProvide market insights to leadership regarding client trends, challenges, and opportunitiesConduct virtual meetings and presentations to introduce our recruitment servicesCollaborate with the executive team to enhance sales performance and refine strategiesStay updated with industry trends to position our services effectivelyWhat We're Looking For
Highly motivated, self-driven, and results-oriented professionalsExceptional communication skills (both written and verbal)Advanced English proficiency (Speaking, Reading, and Writing) American Accent highly preferredExperience in sales, business development, or client acquisition (Required)Recruitment or staffing experience is a plus but NOT requiredAbility to manage multiple tasks and work independentlyComfortable using CRMs and other sales toolsReliable high-speed internet and backup connection (if possible)High-quality headset and working computerA quiet, professional workspaceSchedule
Monday - Thursday : 9 : 00 AM - 6 : 00 PM ESTFriday : 9 : 00 AM - 1 : 00 PM ESTEST Business Hours)
Compensation & Benefits
