As a virtual assistant for NETEX , you will be responsible for receiving calls, handling emails, assisting in billing, data entry, and supporting company operations.
SCHEDULE :
9AM TO 5PM Eastern Time
MONDAY TO FRIDAY.
REQUIREMENTS :
Advanced oral and written English language skills.
Experience in similar roles (preferred, but not required, as we will provide training).
Computer and Microsoft Office suite management skills.
Experience in customer service (preferred, but not required).
Responsibility and immediate availability.
TEMPORARY REQUIREMENTS :
A fast and stable internet connection that can support SIP calls (we will conduct a test to verify this).
A computer with a proper headset for your work. The headset needs to be over-the-ear headphones with a high-quality mic.
A smartphone that can receive SIP calls (optional).
Quiet place to work.
