We’re seeking a Marketing Data Analyst to develop performance dashboards, analyze campaign effectiveness, and uncover audience insights that fuel personalized marketing strategies. You will work cross-functionally with our marketing, product, and commercial teams to measure engagement across our digital channels, including website, email, social, and paid media.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs across digital marketing channels (web, email, social, search, and campaigns)
  • Analyze user behavior, campaign effectiveness, and conversion rates to provide actionable insights
  • Leverage Salesforce Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud to segment audiences, define personas, and support targeted campaign development
  • Implement and manage UTM tagging strategies to ensure consistent and accurate campaign tracking
  • Support A / B testing efforts and interpret performance outcomes to guide marketing decisions
  • Collaborate with the content, design, and media teams to optimize campaigns for performance and ROI
  • Present findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Requirements

  • 3+ years in a marketing analytics, business intelligence, or similar data role
  • Proficiency with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI)
  • Google Analytics certification (GA4 preferred)
  • Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and segmentation / audience tools
  • Hands-on experience managing UTM parameters and link tagging best practices
  • Strong understanding of web, email, and campaign KPIs and attribution models
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills using data
  • Preferred Skills

  • Experience working in healthcare, education, or professional services
  • Familiarity with SQL or data query tools
  • Understanding of privacy regulations related to marketing data (e.g., CASL, GDPR)
  • Schedule : Monday to Friday 9AM to 6PM (EST)
